TCS34725 RGB Color Sensor Module

The TCS34725 is a high-accuracy RGB color sensor module with an IR filter and I2C interface. It is suitable for Arduino UNO, Nano, ESP32, STM32 and other microcontroller projects.

Features

• Detects Red, Green, Blue and Clear light values
• I2C interface
• Built-in IR blocking filter for improved color accuracy
• On-board white LED for illuminating the target object
• Default I2C address: 0x29

Arduino UNO / Nano Wiring

VIN → 5V, GND → GND, SDA → A4, SCL → A5. INT and LED control pins are optional.

ESP32 Wiring

VIN → 3.3V or 5V (depending on breakout board), GND → GND, SDA → GPIO21, SCL → GPIO22. INT and LED control pins are optional.

Arduino Library

Use the Adafruit TCS34725 library.
